The MPM 0W30 is especially for VAG engines with first generation pump injectors. The oil meets various requirements. This oil has the ACEA A5/B5 seal of approval. More seals of approval can be found in the manual.
Viscosity 0W30

The viscosity index shows the ability of engine oil to change into a more or less liquid form depending on the temperature. The correct viscosity ensures the necessary lubrication of the engine.

The first number indicates how liquid the oil is at cold temperatures. The lower the number, the thinner the engine oil. A liquid oil is particularly important for good protection during (cold) starting. The most commonly used oils are: 0W, 5W, 10W, 15W, 20W.

The second number after the W indicates how the oil reacts at warm temperatures. The higher the number, the thicker the oil is in warm weather and high loads. In this case, the most common oils are: 30, 40 and 50.
Fully synthetic engine oil

Fully synthetic engine oil offers excellent protection at extremely low and high temperatures. Where mineral oil needs some time, a synthetic lubricant spreads immediately so that all moving engine parts remain clean and protected. This is partly due to the high viscosity. All properties of synthetic engine oil contribute to reduced engine wear, fuel economy and longer engine life.
