When will my order arrive?
If you order on working days before 4 p.m. with iDEAL, you will almost always receive your order within two working days. The delivery time is 2 to 3 working days for engine parts such as gaskets. With every product you will find the real-time stock status of our warehouse. If it is In Stock here, it is in stock with us. We will keep you informed by email with a track & trace code. You will also receive an email from Post.nl with the delivery time.
Not good means money back with us!
Are you not satisfied with an item you have bought from us? Return or return it within 30 days in the original packaging with invoice slip and packing slip and you will get your money back.

If after delivery it appears that an item is damaged, we request that you report this immediately to the email address info@dedieseldokter.nl
Returns
If you want to return items, you must first email info dedieseldokter.nl. Packages without a return number will be refused. You must return the article with sufficient postage within 30 days. The return costs are not reimbursed if the product is delivered in complete order.
